Basic Tax Information

This form is used to gather basic information about your company and key users.

How inDinero defines key users:

• Tax Contact will complete the questionnaire and serve as inDinero’s tax contact for questions while preparing the returns.
• The Tax Signer is the person who will be signing the tax return, usually the CEO or CFO.
• The Check Signer is the name that we will put down in check payments on their behalf. Usually the same as the Tax Signer.

You’ll also set up your bank information for any applicable refunds or payments here, so make sure to have the following on hand:

• Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN or EIN)
• Bank Routing Number
• Bank Account Number
