With inDinero you have the ability to manage your invoice notifications, determine who on the team has invoice admin permissions, as well as quickly create and save clients, products, and services.

Invoice Notifications
From your Account and Settings > Notifications section, customize email alerts for:
- Recurring invoices creates a draft to review and send
- Stripe account administration to manage account verification, chargebacks, and stay on top of disconnected payment accounts
Invoice Admin Permission
Enable or disable inDinero platform team members to have invoice admin privileges. You can do this from the Account and Settings > Team Access and either
- Select Add User from the upper right hand corner. Here, you can create a team member and tic the radio boxes for sections that they will need permission to access
- Or select an existing team member from the list and click Invoices from the user permission list
Customize Invoices
inDinero allows you to personalize your invoices with your company’s logo, background colors, and themes.
Step 1: Navigate to Invoices > Invoice Settings
Step 2: Follow the tabs to customize the following sections:
- Company: Update the company name, AR contact email, and contact information
- Emails: Customize email bodies and subject line and opt in or out of thank you and overdue emails
- Payment Methods: Activate the invoice payment methods you wish to offer your customers
- Appearance: Here, customize how the invoice page looks including adding a logo, theme, and background color
Step 3: Be sure to save on applicable tabs to create changes
