1—Business Information
First, we’ll need to verify basic business information to start the “shell” of your company profile:
- Basic Information: Share your DBA, phone number, and verify that the address is the same one used with the IRS.
- Business Formation: Verify your business type, industry, and add supporting documents like your Articles of Incorporation or Partnership Agreement if applicable.
- Business Owner Profiles: Verify who the main point of contact is, pinpoint the owner/CEO/president, and add any additional owners.
2—Connect Accounts
Next, we’ll need guest credentials to your business’s accounts. The client will add their inDinero entity for the following:
- Financial Institutions: Use the search bar and begin typing in your bank. All commonly used financial accounts will populate along with specific instructions on setting up guest access and fields to place the credentials created ie: Company ID, User Name, and Password.
- If your bank is not listed, continue to fill out the full name and select the populated ‘Add’ button. From here, you’ll be instructed to contact your financial institution’s customer service department to obtain guest access.
- Payment Processors: Specify what payment processor your business uses. All common processors are listed with their specific instructions.
- Third Party Apps: This section provides all other accounts that aids your business like bill.com and Gusto. Here, specific instructions are listed to gain account access.
- Prior Accounting: Please share what prior accounting software you have used OR will continue to use with inDinero. Specific instructions are listed to assist you in setting up guest access.
3—Tax Information
The Welcome Form makes collecting upfront tax information simple and painless. Here, we’ll verify information, and even have some fields populated if the information has been previously disclosed for your review.
Basic information gathered includes verification of the tax filing year and a request to upload prior tax returns.
4—Business Forms
We may request specific forms for you to view and upload. These will be listed under “Required Forms” along with an easy drag and drop section to place the needed information.
